Oak Retrievers is steadfast that a sound breeding program is the very foundation
of "betterment of the breed". Through selective pairing, our goal is
to produce puppies with the most potential, natural ability and characteristics
of the best dogs recognized in the field for generations.
Our
sires and dams transfer proven pedigrees which include Field Trial Hall of Fame
Champions, Top All Time Producing Sires of Field Champions, National Field
Champions, National Amateur Field Champions, Field Champions, Amateur Field
Champions, Master Hunters ... the list is, literally, endless.
Our
selected breeders participate in principle of today's ethical health testing to
make sure they are sound and physically qualified for breeding. We offer a conditional hip and eye guarantee on our puppies.
We have no litters at this time but invite you to inspect past
litter(s).

Chena River Lean Machine
("Mac") pedigree reads like generations of Who's
Who afield. All of his siblings have titled. Owned by Ted
Barker, this 80lb. dog is the definition of "go" and
an excellent marking dog.
Gypsy Oak's Westwood Dreamer is a young dog
currently working levels of Master and Qualifying. Exceptional marking paired with impeccable handling, drives
hard on marks and blinds - land or water.
A healthy litter of six puppies was born on September 30th
and all have been sold.
